InternFeel: Please tell us something about yourself. Where and what are you studying/doing currently? Your hobbies and interests.

Prateek Mishra: My name is Prateek Mishra. I am from Jabalpur pursuing B.Tech in CSE branch from Jaypee University of Engineering and Technology, Guna. My hobby is reading and sometimes cooking for myself. My area of interest is a content write-up and a little bit of programming.

IF: Give us details about your internship – process of application, stipend, duration, and place?

PM: I have worked in a startup and as well as a political organization so my experience in working as a content writer in AAP it is work from home and basically I want to contribute in the organization so it’s absolutely free I got a recommendation and certified letter.

IF: How competitive was the selection process? According to you, which qualities have helped you have an edge in the selection process? Also, what were the key things that selectors were looking for?

PM: Selectors basically looking for consistency, honesty, and articles, write-ups must be genuine and based on facts and my past working experience reflect these qualities so they helped me out in getting selected if you are good enough then one can learn a lot.

IF: Can you give us interesting details about your experience – good and bad? The parts which made this memorable. Any bad experience, which you wish were not there.

PM: It was an extremely good experience because we get to know about the mentality and working of these organization memorable part was when the one who is observing your work appreciate you. Your content matter will be reflected in there speech and post.so I didn’t have any bad experience supporting staff help you a lot in improving our skill set.

IF: How do you think this internship has helped you grow? In other words, what are your key takeaways from the internship? Has this internship had a decision altering impact on your career? Do you now think of a different future path as compared to before doing the internship?

PM: Yes, Due to my articles and write-ups my thinking process is developed a lot I have tried to write in different ways sometimes out of my league to which I never thought of so definitely it was a turning point and the one I am working forwarded positive review on other cities of same organization as well as others too. I have gone through working in a hierarchical way so I have seen the management, openness towards work. You can easily present your views and they were respected.

IF: You were writing content which was posted AAP on social media?

PM: Yeah posting and as well as they were delivered in a form of speech to. Because we need to collect the facts of organization work has been accomplished and we need to draft it in our own language.

IF: As the period during which you worked, the political atmosphere was quite intense in the country. What was your friends and family response to your work? And any time you felt AAP was a different party from others or anything special about them?

PM: As above you mentioned about Arvind Kejriwal sir we are not sure he read our content or not but that’s for sure that’s for sure content was posted. AAP is not only active in Delhi we also worked for different states. We don’t know about it they read our content or not!

It’s a part of the job I am working as an intern in a content writer so it was a just like any other organization for me so my friends and family were not responding because they no it’s a part of an intern we have agreed upon. I am neutral and I cannot compare the working and tell the difference. I am just working and I know I want to accomplish the task on time that’s it.

IF: Lastly, do you have any words of advice or caution for students aspiring for this internship and reading this piece?

PM: Only one thing choose internships in which you can find to learn to build a connection and you find your growth this is one of the organization. Caution – You must confirm about the working and role of yours it’s like you only need to works while learning to make sure your time must not get waste.
